Actor Sushil Sitaula, who has won acclaim for his acting in films like ‘Julebi’, ‘Ganjabaaja’, ‘Hostel Returns’, ‘Ranveer’, has been signed for the new film ‘Mayavi’. The production team informed that he will be acting in the film through a poster on Sunday. Earlier, actor Paul Shah has been signed for the film. Actress Deepika Prasai will also act in the film.
The film, written and directed by Diwakar Bhattarai, will start shooting in Pokhara from the first week of October. Director Bhattarai has informed that the story of the film is woven in the surroundings of Pokhara. Produced under the banner Creative Cine Arts, ‘Mayavi’ will have music by SD Yogi, lyrics by Ram Aviral Bishta and DOP by Rajuvikram Thapa.
After spending a year in jail due to an incident, Paul Shah is going to make a comeback in film acting with ‘Mayavi’. He learned acting from color artist and director Anup Baral for four weeks and is currently doing film workshops.
